The Plant has low overall efficiency, high operation and maintenance cost with low effectiveness, low training output, high inventory and spare parts, poor product quality , bureaucracy, long authority chain, ext. As a result the management decide to take ISO-9001 certificate and apply its instructions and procedures to all plant activities.
