Question:Question 1 is based on a simple fact scenario which is 6-7 lines long. There are four subquestions about the same fact scenario. You will find the IRAC pattern of legal reasoning useful in answering these sub-questions. You will need to know the legal rules for each subquestion in order to apply them to the facts and reach a legal conclusion. You will need to read each sub-question carefully and make sure that you answer the question posed.
