You have read the case study about the Pleasant View project given in the Lecture Notes for this week. As the Pleasant View project progresses, the project team discovers new risks that would adversely impact the project schedule. The team is also aware that the project is already behind schedule and over budget. What measures should the project manager take to bring the project back on schedule and within budget?

There is also a request from customers to make a few changes to the layout and finishing of rooms. On preliminary analysis, the project manager understands that the resources needed to deliver the changes are unavailable in-house.
