Hi Nancy,

 

 

I have the same assignment (3-5page article summary) but it just needs to be on a different article and different topic in quality management. Not TQM again. Also I have attached the TCO's it needs to relate to. It only needs to relate to one of the TCO's which would be written in the "Key Points" section.
