2. Describe a mix of their inventory and list the major inventory items

3. Discuss the four types of inventory and give an example of each from the selected organizations

4. What are the critical responsibilities of the operations managers in the given company situation? What additional policies/ techniques would you recommend for more accurate inventory records?

Length of essay : 2000 words per case (4000 words for 2 cases )
