GENESCO is considering two alternative 5-year leases

 

GENESCO is considering two alternative 5-year leases. In the first lease option they have to pay lease rental $2020 for 60 months and in the second lease option they have to pay nothing in the first 9 months and then even lease rental in the next 51 months. If the company uses WACC of 12% per annum , at what lease rental in second option at which GENESCO will be indifferent to the two options.
