I am working on a paper for my strategic management class, with the University of Phoenix MGT/498...in this paper I am asked to describe my strategic alliance with Courtyard by Marriott hotels. The paper is asking us to report our strategy formulation, I did not want to talk about the implementation of a new product or adding a new product to the hotel; I am trying to re-brand the hotel product and re-introduce it to the "millennial" generation. Part of that is having the Courtyard brand revamp their social media presence that would be more appealing to this younger generation and I need to describe how the strategic alliance to do this and I wanted some help on where to start. I was thinking they could hire or build an alliance with a internet PR company that specializes in brand promotion? Not sure if I am on the right track here
