complex language

Firstly i want you to use very very simple language since my lecturer wont trust me if i will show them any complex assignment with complex language....

secondly i dont want you to use any google or wikipedia,since they are not academically accepted sites...

Now i will provide you the required guide line to do this assignment.I will attach my question of casestudy separately,these are just my requirement to be included in that case study.So plzz be careful.You can clearly see three question at the end of the casestudy.1,2 and 3. But i just want question no.3 to be done and answered in a proper way wid 500-700 words.i want a specific points and intext citation for each information with good references, since i have to prepare a presentation slide out of that report.Lastly i want to remind you that i just want question number 3 to be solved.hope to get the solution soon.
