You will analyze the culture of one of the organizations you have worked for.
You will use Hofstede’s four (4) dimensions as set out in the prof’s power points (Hofstede has a fifth but ignore that for the assignment) to determine the culture of your organization. You will have to use examples from the organization’s life for support of your cultural determinations. For the assignment, you must provide at least two (2) examples/pieces of evidence from your organization to help you prove each cultural dimension determination you make. (That is, for each of the dimensions you must provide at least two pieces of evidence/example.) You will then briefly compare and contrast these cultural findings to a country in the world according to Hofstede – countries are chosen on a first come first served basis – no two people will be able to do the same country. Best is to pick a country that is very different from the USA (Greece).
You will then use the findings in this step for support/evidence for the other steps of this assignment.
