However what are the positive and negative aspects of this growth? The positive aspect of homeland security is it protects us from terrorism attacks, natural disasters and major man made attacks. The negative aspects of homeland security is there is potential abuse of power, no privacy in people homes and its a financial burden to our nation it carries.

 Education, the positive aspects has a varieties of technology, internet, new discoveries and mostly has diverse knowledge for people to learn..."education is simply the soul of society as it passes from generation to the next" (G.K. Chesterston). The negative is its confined into one room so people could get easily get distracted by one another and it became a "spoon feeding process in the long run teaching us nothing especailly have acsses to the web and media sites. Albert einstein said "education is that which remains , if one is forgotten everything learned in school".  Finally health care, there is many options from the obama care and trump care but also in the moderen society its universal health care....the positive is it equal for everyone and its affordable to every one and it dosent discriminate no one.The negative of health care is its a waiting process and its giveng by the government which has rules and regulations of following steps to recive the benifits of the health care known as to called medical card. The negative its a long wait to get the paper work filled out and processed by the government and the mailing process of the medical in itself.(word press.com}

Last but not lease structural functionalism is about everything in a society haveing function...however deviance would cause chaos and someone outside of that would be acting out soo the punishment would be necessary to keep things in order. Conflict theory says that its ok in the case of being oppressed, in which the case of punishment would be curel. Symbolic interaction is about how eveything is about how everything we do is or what we are trying to say ...so the deviance would be commumications of unhappiness with social norms and the punishment would be back to deviance and the person wouldt be tolerated by any means.
