It is often referred to as the five dimensions of a job.The five dimensions of the job are pay, the task, supervision, promotion opportunities, and the coworkers. Organizational commitment is the emotions and feeling towards meeting the goals of a company.

 An employee may have multiple feelings when they are being mistreated on the job.They feel look they could move on and do better.They tend to feel employment in another profession would be the best option.They tend to feel as if they settled for mediocrity, because they are not pursuing their goals and dreams.Employeesmay often feel the job is not meeting their expectations.It makes them feel like there is no purpose.It makes them depressed and feels as if they are experiencing permanent nightmares.Employees who feel as if they are no compensated the service are not appreciated.This will lead to a slack in performance.Employees will fail to meet efficiency,accuracy,and the goals of the company.This will cause a decline in sales and ruin the company’s reputation.It will cause conflicts in the workplace.
           Job dissatisfaction will have a negative impact on the company. This will cause the company more money because they will have to hire recruit new employees. The employee will have an increase in turnover rate. They will not perform the jobs as trained. This will result to a decline in sales, because they are not satisfying the customers and guaranteeing 100% satisfaction.They will not value the customer because they feel like their outstanding performances are not being recognized. Happy, satisfied employees tend to work harder a take all necessary means of action to get the job done. Employee satisfaction improves job performance.Whole Food is an excellent company that recognizes their employees. They realize the employees play a key role in the success of the business. Theemployee’s interaction plays a huge role in sales and growth of the business. They take all means of action to keep the employees satisfied to maintain a successful outcome.
           Motivation is defined as the process of arousing and sustaining goal-directed behavior. Herzberg's motivation-hygiene theory and dual-factor theorystates that factors in the workplace leads to job satisfaction.There are also factors that lead to dissatisfaction.Whole Food Company meets the motivation factors that consist of responsibility, achievement, recognition and theassigned.Aligning with these factors will improve performance.Motivational factors help to improve mental stability, motivate employees to work harder, and helps accomplish all of the goals of the company. Motivational factors are designed to lead to a successful outcome.

Performance management can be measured and accessed so that employees can receive feedback, and managers can set specific goals to help improve the employee's performance.
