• Whistle blowing
• Employee electronic monitoring
• Drug testing at work
• Breach of implied contract or violation of public policy (EAW)

• Privacy rights violation
• Workplace violence

 

Then, provide a summary of the case, including key issues and your thoughts on the ruling of the court case (i.e. do you agree/disagree with the outcome and why/why not?) must be APA format. Include APA citation. Use at least 2 references. Should be at least 300 words.

If you can please talk about whistle blowing, employee rights and that i agree that the court ruled in favor of crawford.
