Week 2 Discussion: Developing Your Project Scope

 

• You have been hired to lead a project (the project of your choice). As the project manager, you know it is important to get the project off to a good start. Using the tools provided in the required readings, provide a quick summary of your project, including the scope and objectives of your project. Be sure to include a high-level WBS for your project.

Project Name: Relaunch Of Health Food Stores

Project Description: Research Area, Unique niche, Reach Customers

Project Scope: We will use both internal and external areas to regain trust in our products and sources. Find what we can offer the community as well. Plan new marketing schemes

Project Objective: Why is there a need for this relaunch? To gain trust in our customers, to assure them our products are safe and reliable. We need to have classes to teach our employees on why organic and all natural is better and healthier for not only them but for the consumers as well. We also need to find what our competitors are doing and what we're not doing to make our business successful.
