The Red Cross wishes to create a database related to blood donors.

A????1         For all donors, we keep track of their name, email, home phone, work phone, cell phone, and address.

A????1         Some donors give whole blood, and some donors give platelets. It is possible that a donor could sometimes give whole blood and sometimes give platelets.

A????1         For all donations, we keep track of the date of the donation and whether the donation was rejected.

A????1         For platelet donations, we also keep track of the number of units of plasma and the number of units of platelets that were donated.

A????1         Each donation is obviously from just one donor.

A????1         There are a number of prizes that can be given to platelet donors (things like shirts, lawn chairs, and backpacks). For each prize, we keep track of the name of the prize, the year the prize is given out and how many platelet donations must be made to get the prize.

A????1         We also keep track of when prizes are given to platelet donors. We keep track of the date that the prize is given.
