Hello, I need some help writing a blog that incorporates: the examination of an article (from an electronic source that presents strategies and best practices for creating more inclusive government organizations. 

The blog should consider and based in this week's readings which focused on the ever-changing dynamics of public administration today. They referenced a need for shifts in both the education of public administration, as well as organizational culture. Both Rice and Gooden stress the importance of adapting public administration to meet the needs of a more diverse population. Rice in particular states that a citizen-oriented culture in public organizations is ideal for addressing equity in representation (Rice 2014). Gooden also discusses the importance of a more inclusive climate and culture in public administration (Gooden 2014).

It should be about a page, and to include a few graphics, pictures to illustrate, and references. Thanks.
