Can law be allowed to tilt in favour of one party,

Okay so you need to focus on this question. "Can law be allowed to tilt in favour of one party?" The answer: Yes law should be allowed to tilt in favour of one party. All you have to do is justify this claim. So you will have to talk about what's already in the essay - that there are people who are put in disadvantaged when entering a contract and if law wasn't allowed to tilt in favour of one party, then these people can be easily taken advantaged of. So law should be allowed to tilt in favour of oneparty only if they are at a disadvantaged and it would cause an injustice and unfair result if they do not favour that party. That's all. You just need to back the claims up with journal articles and other references.

And then you're gonna say that the law is already doing this. And give 2 case examples of when the law favoured the disadvantaged even though the other party should have won

this is what my goupmate is asking. please give me the answer to this. please cite and reference Harvard style. thanks
