Thesis Statement: Diversity is something that affects everything and everyone in life. Someone can look at diversity as something that should give us a clear view of how the workplace really is and how discrimination is a serious problem. Diversity can be described as a variety of good fruit in a basket that all do the same thing in satisfying your needs in a healthy way.
