Dear Residents of

 

This is official notice this building is being shut down. Code enforcement had been contacted by an individual in the house who that the home was full of drug user, prostitutes, thieves and criminals. Individual made complaints after I startedthey needed to catch up on their rent or move.

 

I did inform code enforcement I was using the home as a transitional home to help individual during their time between housing. I was informed since there is not a written program plan and since individual have made a home of the residence it falls in the category of a rooming house.

 

I believe this is for the best due to individuals not paying rent on time. Repairs and utilities cannot be paid on the regular and the home is suffering. I have seen many pictures that show the home should not be lived in now.

 

THIS IS NOT YOUR OFFICIAL VACATE LETTER. That letter will be delivered by the local sheriff department. NO MORE RENT IS DUE ONCE YOU RECEIVE THIS LETTER. Those that are behind will still expected to pay their rent to catch up.

 

Everyone's name in the house will be one the evictions letters delivered by the sheriff.  

 

The official reason of eviction is- Cannot operate a rooming house and home will be shut down.
