Write a 350- to 700-word reflection that includes a rationale for the following:

• Selection of ELP standards for the lesson
• Modifications for comprehensible input for the AZELLA/ACCESS levels represented in the class
• Modifications to promote a high level of student engagement and interaction
• Modifications for students' affective needs, cultural backgrounds, and learning styles
• Modifications to organize instruction so that all of your students' needs are met
