Shoe Business Proposal:

There is an excellent aspect of the shoe business that most of the people have not noted in the industry. The idea, in this case, is to start a shoe business depending on the seasons. When it is a cold period, we should be selling shoes which are fitted to such a situation (Hahn and Schnitzer, 1946).The idea is based on the fact, we will need to do business based on the divergent needs of their people. In this case, am considering the fact, during the summer or winter period, there is a particular shoe which will be so admirable to people, and that is this idea will incredible. We are further motivated by the fact that just about everyone in the world wears shoes and the consumer demand for variety and style are endless. Also, there is a consideration of the competition in the market, but the thing is to sell something that is unique to the different situation and thus the need to be creative.

To have the idea be admirable to the different people, we are yet to make much-started gig plan which is going to materialize if we are going to understand the need to the people. We noted that some companies which sell shoes all the time like Deichman do not do well during the summer period since their shoe blend does well for summer and autumn. In this proposal, we wish to give a project for a proper business of shoe franchise, but with the idea of, we are doing for the specific season. While the idea may not be that, we will stop selling the shoe during the changing season, but we will go, but the weight of sale will be based on the season during that time as (Shoe Business in Lynn, 1849) explains.

The idea is providing the shoes to all the ages, but the focus will be an age bracket of 25-45.The reason is based on the fact these is age bracket where most of the people are active and therefore their rate of consumption of shoes is so high. This means that the more we give quality to them, the more they are going to be more consumers and give more on investment.

Return on Investment:

The fact that the shoe business is a good idea to me cannot go away without considering the return on investment. When I consider the importance of this business, am considering the different time periods where winter and summer are happening in the various places (going global). For example for the 1st quarter which may be happening between March to September, we are going to make let’s say 22.6 % of profits. This is the period that in most of the European countries are ending their winter and they are starting their summer and autumn days. Some of the shoes which do well are the sporty shoes. The return on investment is good but drops to 18.6% as time moves on as most of the people will invest their money in the open shoes and sandals which cannot accumulate a lot of heat in their feats.

During the autumn period and heading into winter, this type of shoes are expensive are the demand is high. To accommodate this, we need to be able to create enough supply and be able to satisfy all our customers. From an assumption from the Nike business, we noted that the firm could raise 25.6% profits. This means that the business does well during this period. According to different shoe franchise owners, we can understand that; the profits are high during this period because the shoes are expensive and therefore people will spend a lot their money to purchase this kind of the shoe.
