Expanded Introduction
I have chosen to work on employee and customer problems with Walmart. I am a frequent customer at Walmart, my time there at times was not pleasant. The decision is based on the service the employees give the customers. My concern is how it appears that the service has gone downhill and that is why I have resorted to using Walmart’s online service. When I first used the online service I had problems with it also.  Walmart is a store that everyone goes to for shopping or getting work done on their car. Walmart being publicly traded the employees have the choice to participate in stock options. The benefits they offer are alright for someone just starting out or using this job as a part time filler position. It appeared that Walmart did not have the right amount of people working to cover the shifts for cashiering. The lines were always long and there were not enough registers opened. Does Wal-Mart notice or even care about how employees are treating the customers.
As a consultant I will be trying to provide a solution on what could be done to improve the relationship between management, the employees and the customers.

Walmart should consider hiring fulltime cashiers and offer benefits immediately to fulltime and part-time workers. Walmart should have a better process in place for workers and management. The online service needs to be improved from the time you buy the item to the pickup process.
