  • Discuss the legal and regulatory requirements now in place for the iTunes website.
  • Businesses like Hulu and Amazon are delivering online videos, another product that has been widely pirated—and is now more closely regulated—on the Internet.
    • Describe two case studies of video-focused websites that had a Napster-type model and faced similar consequences.
