For your final project, you will discuss one or more significant white-collar crimes involving all of the parties listed. Conduct some research on the topic selected to find a minimum of 5 research sources to use for your final project such as the course textbook, articles from academic or trade journals, and other books. One or more of the sources may be the law or regulation that was violated by the parties involved. Do not use Wikipedia as a source, as this is not considered a scholarly resource.

1. Introduction: Prepare the introduction for your final project. Include an introduction of the parties and the white-collar crime or crimes you will be covering in your final project. Don't forget to include information on the accountant or auditor involved in the crime you have selected.
2. Outline: Prepare an outline for the body of your final project. Incorporate appropriate headings and subheadings that will help you explain the activities of the company, the company's representative, and the accountant or auditor. You only need to prepare an outline at this time, as you will complete the text in Final Project Part 2.
3. Annotated Bibliography: Using APA format, provide an annotated bibliography of your 5 research sources. To annotate your bibliography you should summarize the contents of each source as it relates to your paper.Here is an example of an annotated source using APA style:
   Rolf, C. (2012). Fraudulent White-Collar Crime.Bloomington, IN: Indiana University Press.
   In this book, Rolf explains acts, intent, defenses, and punishment involved in fraudulent white-collar crimes. Rolf provides statutory examples for crimes such as wire fraud, securities fraud, and fiduciary fraud in order to illustrate the elements necessary for proof of such crimes.
