a.Create an application named Percentages whose main() method holds two double variables. Assign values to the variables. Pass both variables to a method named computePercent() that displays the two values and the value of the first number as a percentage of the second one. For example, if the numbers are 2.0 and 5.0, the method should display a statement similar to A????12.0 is 40% of 5.0.A????1 Then call the method a second time, passing the values in reverse order. Save the application as Percentages.java.
b.Modify the Percentages class to accept the values of the two doubles from a user at the keyboard. Save the file as Percentages2.java
*****Side Note***** This is for Chapter 3 Java Programming Book by Jarrel 7th edition, which means the code needs to be wrote out of coding that we have learned in Chapter 1,2,and 3. So this code needs to be wrote using the things we have learned to this point. It cannot be wrote using stuff that has not yet been learned. Please keep that in mind as I will not award points if it is beyond what we have learned Thank you.
Points will be awarded once I run the code
