who can help me with this exercise?

who can help me with this exercise? just answer the questions bellow, the answers for all the questions shouldn't be less than 750 words.

no reference page needed, its all opinion so you should use "I"

visit the TAMUCC Web site and do a careful assessment of the degree to which it is either easy and pleasant or difficult and frustrating to navigate.  Assume different "identities" (e.g., faculty member, current student, prospective student, parent) and use the site navigation to attempt to locate different types of information and/or answer a variety of questions.

 answer the following questions:

  1. 1- In your opinion, what are the five most important criteria to use in assessing whether a site provides good navigation? Using these criteria, how would you evaluate the TAMUCC Web site?  What is the greatest navigational weakness of the site?  What would you recommend to address this weakness?
  2. 2-On page 340 of the textbook, the authors recommended tracking other Web sites to aid in ongoing Web site development efforts. They noted that in addition to competitor sites, a company could benefit by identifying some non-competitive "idea sites". Pretend you are responsible for this task for the TAMUCC Web site.  Identify one competitive site (i.e., another college/university) and one "idea site" (i.e., a site outside of academia) that you would analyze specifically for the purposes of improving the navigation on the TAMUCC site. Briefly explain why you picked each site as an example of good navigation (you don't need to do the detailed analysis of all five criteria you identified above, just find a competitive site and some other site that has a navigational element you like and think might work well for the TAMUCC site and identify that element for each site).
  3. 3-Chapter 13 discussed the concept of self-help components of Web sites.  Think of a specific, complicated problem or question that you might have related to something associated with TAMUCC (e.g., Blackboard or other IT help, registration help, admissions help, etc…).  Using the self-help on the TAMUCC Web site, try to solve the problem or answer the question.  Briefly describe the nature of your experience and your degree of overall satisfaction. How would you improve the functionality or content of the self-help information you found?
