Recenlty, a condomimium's Manangemnet has advertised for tenders to design and constract the swimminng pool and its surrounding deck area , the bathroom facilities and an optional attached health club house with spa facilities,inclludiong a sauna and steam room. The swimming pool and deck area designed mmust be comnplementary and fill the designated area for these facilities.A ten-year warrantly with mainenance is necessary as part of the requriements. The bathroom facilities must have basic showering structures,and handdicapped-friendly.Rather than having just a steam room and a sauna in the bathroom,the Mannagement has also included in the call for tender for the proposals for a health club facilities.This proposal may or may not be included in the tenders submittied,but awards may be granted separately to different parties based on their propasals.This will also ensure that parties with expertise in omly the design and development of bathrooms will also have the opportunities to bid for the development. Water-Fitness Buliders have submitted a proposal to design and develop all the requested facilitiies.
