irst, apply any facilitator feedback you received from the presentation draft you submitted last week.
Â
Now, insert at least two images into the presentation that will support your outline well. However, keep in mind that you cannot just "take" any image you want from the Internet! Download and review the slide deck https://s3.amazonaws.com/ocu.course.documentation/IT1000/how_to_credit_photos.pdf developed by Photo share to understand the importance of providing credit for images that should be credited.
Â
Also, here is a post https://s3.amazonaws.com/ocu.course.documentation/IT1000/How+to+Avoid+Copyright+Infringement+While+Creating+Presentations.pdf created by the author Stream Team for ways to protect your own presentations and learn more about copyrights.
Â
Here are two ways to avoid getting into trouble by taking the wrong material.
Â
Morguefile.com is a great website as it's literally a dead end for photos on the web. You can take any photos posted on this very unique website without providing attribution for the photographer.
Â
Take your own photos! Likely most of the photos you take are digital. If you are able, keep a nice stock of your own photos that support the type of presentations you would give.
Â
And if you want to take it to the next level, watch this video on how to embed a video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_dsh18xPhs
You should only use 7 words per line, and 7 lines per slide. This makes it easier for your audience to keep up with your presentation.
All of your formatting should be the same throughout your presentation.Â
