Human Resource Economics Term Paper

This is a very important term paper of my human resource economics class, value 40%. We have to choose a topic to write down this paper, my topic is: Are the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer still today? This is my mainly topic, please use that for the paper title, and according to what you want to write, you also have to make the topic more specific (about this topic question for where? and more specific) for heading and subheading. You will have to be more specific with your question. Which country are you planning to study? What time frame are you considering (depending on the data you select it may be somewhat older.) This question was about the actual research process.
