ER diagram

Using the crow foot notation draw the ER diagram of the attached business rules. Some aspects of the business rules mentioned in the problem would be implemented by application programs, but most of the business rules would need to be designed into database hence reflected in the ERD.Business rules:A patient can many appointments with one or more doctors in the clinic, the doctor can accept appointments with many patients. However, each appointment is made with only one doctor and one patient.
