·        As you know, working with other people is an important competency in the real world. The first part of your Assignment will be to conduct a peer review of the IT implementation plan for one of your peers. Your IT Implementation plan will also be reviewed. Constructive criticism delivered in a positive way will help with improvements.
·        IT Project Managers: In this Assignment you will conduct a project team meeting and compile a project status report. Creating documentation in the IT field is very important. It helps with sharing knowledge. Also, having good communication skills are crucial in the real world. This includes both written and oral communication skills. You are getting there so keep up the good work!

Course: IT599 Unit: 3 Points: 100
You must provide substantive feedback to at least three items within the project proposal you are reviewing. You will submit the feedback you gave and the feedback you received.
Part 2

Prepare a 2–3-page project meeting recap, along with a full status report, containing the following elements:

·        ·  Accomplishments
·        ·  WBS reflecting work completed to date
·        ·  Milestones completed to date
·        ·  Revised/actual budget to date
Also, include an issues log/register as part of the status report with the following:

·        ·  Date resolved
Note: In addition, any impact to the project plan and/or deliverables should be reflected within the status report and WBS.
Submit the recap, status report, and updated WBS as one document (note that the WBS may also be submitted as a separate .mpp file, if applicable).
