mortgage program docx for specifics using Visual Studio

I need help with a programming in C using Visual Studio. This is a mortgage program. See the attached .docx for specifics. This is the output I have so far. The red underlined should have the stats (as in .docx) underneath them:

  • I need help with a mortgage calculator program. The program should take user input for Principal, interest rate, and years of loan.  With that input, the program should display the first 3 months and last 3 months of the following: Month number, interest payment, principal payment, and current balance.  It should output as something like this (using a 1 year/12 months mortgage example):
