I wanna get answers from the case study which I attached.

1. What could Nestle have done better in implementing SAP?-Must not just say have a change management plan. Why need a change management plan?

-e.g.) bett3er communication. Think about “What” then “Why”

 

2. What did it do right?

-e.g.) recognized change needed. Halted things before it was too late and hired a change director. Think about “What” then “Why”

 

3. What would have been the value of having a change management plan from the beginning?

-Focus on MOV, can also mention happier staff and lower turnover.

 

4. The primary lesson that Dunn says she gained from this project is “No major software implementation is really about the software. It’s about change management.” Do you agree with her statement?
