: Project Charter

The purpose of this exercise is for each student to individually practice the development of a project charter.

Scenario: You are part of a team in charge of a project to help people in your organization eat more healthy and thus lose weight. Project is part of a competition and the top losers will be featured in a TV show. Develop the project charter.

Note: I expect each student to do a little background research based on the scenario to be able to include specific details in the charter. Please use the template provided on Blackboard.

For the Charter, please make any necessary research and make sure all sections are complete and contain all the necessary info required in that specific section. There are various charter examples in the text and notes
