Gogh painting

 I am trying to figure out how the van Gogh painting expresses sexuality, gender, love, or another theme from our class. You discuss how it is reminiscent of the last supper and Jesus and his disciples- this may be what it looks like, but then what is the message conveyed by that composition? You explain that Osama depicts how women were treated under the Taliban, but I am struggling to understand what the message in the painting is as it pertains to the prompt for this assignment.
