Tech Writing Fake but Real Business Proposal, writing homework help

I need assistance with writing a FAKE but REAL business proposal. I need it to be like you are doing a proposal for a company that is having Cyber Security issues. I have had two people try and they both wrote an informative paper. They were great, but it keeps getting sent back stating this needs to be a proposal for a company, not an informative paper on cyber security. It needs to state problems that the Company is having. What you plan on doing to fix those issues, and a time line to do so. There is more to it, but that is the sum of it. I need it to follow the rubric that is attached. I also attached a cheat sheet given to me by the mentor of what each section should be like. I attached what I have from the previous time and the notes from the Mentor stating what was wrong. Please ask me any questions you have before committing to do the work.
